Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using the MokiGames website at mokigames.com and any MokiGames game or app (together, "the Service"). In these terms, "MokiGames", "we" and "us" mean MOKI GAMES PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. "You" means the person using the Service.

Please read them before you play. Using the Service means you accept them; if you would rather not, simply stop using it.

1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after an update, that means you accept the new version.

2. Your permission to use the Service

We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use the Service for your own enjoyment, not for business purposes. We can withdraw this permission if you break these terms.

When using the Service, please do not:

• copy, sell, rent or resell any part of it;
• try to get at the source code, or change, take apart or reverse-engineer the games;
• use cheats, bots, automation or any unauthorised third-party software;
• interfere with the Service, our servers or other players;
• use the Service in a way that breaks any law.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are younger than 16, please do not create an account or play our games.

3. Your account and details

Some games may let you create an account or link one from another platform. Please give accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. If you think someone else has used your account, contact us at support@mokigames.com. If we see signs that an account is being misused, we may pause access to it while we look into it.

4. Things you share

If a game lets you post names, messages or other content, you remain responsible for what you share. Please do not share anything unlawful, offensive, or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

5. Virtual items and in-game currency

Some games may include virtual coins, items or other in-game goods. These have no real-world money value. You receive a limited permission to use them inside the game; they are not your property, and they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game. A game may let you earn these items through play, buy them with real money, or both. Buying is always optional; you never have to pay to use the Service.

6. Purchases and payment

If a game offers purchases, payment is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by MOKI GAMES PTE. LTD. Refunds follow that store's own refund policy, so please send refund requests to the store you bought from.

Outside the store's refund policy, purchases can't be refunded, unless the law that applies to you says otherwise.

If you were charged but didn't receive what you bought, or you were charged twice, email us at support@mokigames.com. We'll help you look into it.

7. Our content

The games, artwork, music, text, logos and the MokiGames name belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Using the Service does not give you ownership of any of it.

8. Links and content from others

The Service may include ads, links or content from other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Ending use of the Service

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering a game. If a game is closed or no longer available, the virtual items in it, including ones you paid for, end along with it. We do not pay money or give other compensation for items that were not used.

10. The Service is provided "as is"

We work to keep the games running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free or free of interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms.

11. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, MOKI GAMES PTE. LTD. is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. If MOKI GAMES PTE. LTD. is found responsible to you for anything connected with the Service, the most we will owe you in total is the amount you spent on purchases in our games during the 180 days before you first raise the claim. If you spent nothing in those 180 days, your only remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account.

12. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law while using the Service, and this causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, power or network outages, or government action.

14. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy at mokigames.com.

15. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please write to us first at support@mokigames.com so we can try to sort it out. These terms are subject to the laws of Singapore. If a disagreement can't be settled by email, it will be decided by the courts of Singapore. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought by you alone. You agree not to start or join a class action, or any other group or representative claim, against us.
