Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what personal information MOKI GAMES PTE. LTD. collects when you use mokigames.com or any MokiGames game or app (together, "the Service"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. "MokiGames", "we" and "us" mean MOKI GAMES PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore, which is responsible for your information.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who visits our website or plays our games. Some games may have extra privacy notes; where they do, those notes add to this policy.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run and improve the Service. Depending on the game, this may include:
- information you give us, such as your email address when you write to us;
- information from your device, such as device type, operating system, language, your IP address, and device identifiers such as the UDID, IDFA, IDFV and Android ID;
- how you use the games, such as levels played and time in the game, plus crash reports, loading errors, when you play, and which pages of our website you visit and for how long;
- account details, such as your login information, and your name, date of birth or email address if we ask for them and you choose to give them; this includes a game account you connect to Facebook;
- records of what you buy in our games and your purchase history, which may come from you, our service providers or the app store.
If a game offers purchases, the app store takes the payment and handles your card details.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information to:
- run the games and save your progress;
- answer your messages and support requests;
- find and fix problems, and make the games better;
- keep the Service safe and prevent misuse;
- meet our legal obligations;
- show ads in our games, including ads picked to match your interests;
- send you news, special offers and promotions by email or other messages. You can stop these at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email, or by writing to support@mokigames.com.
Some laws only let us use your information when we have a lawful reason. Ours are: your consent; the need to provide what you asked for under our agreement with you; our legitimate interests, such as running and improving the games; and our legal duties. When we rely on legitimate interests, we weigh them against your rights and interests first. You can ask us for the details of that check.
4. Who we share it with
Our games show ads, including ads based on your interests. To do this, we pass some of your information, such as device identifiers and how you use our games, to the advertising partners listed below. Under the CCPA and some other laws, this can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can turn it off at any time, as explained in section 10. We may share it with:
- service providers who host, store or analyse data for us, and our professional advisers. They include Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon Redshift and AWS Athena, as well as Tableau, Kibana, Thinking Data, Adjust, Firebase and Google Analytics. We use Constant Contact to send email. These providers may use your data only to provide their services to us;
- advertising partners, if games show ads. These companies place their code in our games so they can show you ads, often ones that suit your interests. Each has its own privacy policy:

5. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
6. Where it is stored
Your information and your in-game activity are stored in the United States by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our service providers may also handle it in other countries, both inside and outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When we send data out of the EEA, we only do so with protection that data protection law accepts. Examples are the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, a country the Commission has found to protect data well enough, a transfer needed for a contract that serves you, or your consent.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. In general, we keep it while your account is active and we provide the Service to you, and for as long as we provide you with any other service after that. We may keep some of it longer if the law asks us to, for example for a tax authority or a possible legal case, or to enforce our terms. When we no longer need it, we delete it. Deleted data may sit in our systems until it is overwritten, but no one at MokiGames can reach or use it.
8. Cookies on our website
Our website, mokigames.com, does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. To see how the site is doing, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and shows us only totals, such as how many visits a page gets and which sites people came from. We do not use it to identify you or to follow you from site to site. Cloudflare, which runs the site for us, may set a small number of cookies that the site needs to stay secure, for example to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic.
This is separate from our games. The ads in our games come from the advertising partners in section 4, and they collect information inside the games as described there. Nothing on our website passes information to those partners.
9. Children
Our games are not meant for children. You must be 16 or older to use the Service. We do not aim to gather details about children younger than 16. If you know that a child under 16 has given us personal information, please email support@mokigames.com and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also turn off personalised ads in your device settings. To make a request, email support@mokigames.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights:
- to see the information we hold about you and get a copy;
- to have mistakes corrected;
- to have your information deleted in some cases;
- to have its use limited in some cases, for example while you dispute whether it is accurate;
- to receive the information you gave us in a common, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another company, in some cases;
- to object at any time to the use of your information for direct marketing, and in some other cases, such as when we rely on legitimate interests;
- not to be subject to decisions made only by automated means that have legal or similarly serious effects on you. We do not make decisions like this using data from our games.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can raise it with a data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you these rights, free of charge:
- to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where they came from, why we collected, shared or sold them, and which kinds of third parties received them;
- to tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information. You can do this in two ways: turn off personalised ads in your device's settings, which stops interest-based ads from every company, not only ours; or email support@mokigames.com and ask us to stop. Once you opt out, we won't sell or share your information again unless you later tell us we may;
- to ask us to delete your personal information, with some legal exceptions, such as finishing a transaction, keeping the Service secure, or meeting a legal duty;
- not to be treated worse, for example by being refused service or charged a different price, because you used these rights.
Under the CCPA, you can ask to access your data or receive a portable copy up to two times in any 12-month period.
11. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will make them clear on this page.
